ADR – movement of hazardous goods by road
Our drivers are trained and highly skilled at the movement of hazardous goods. They undergo regular training to maintain their ADR licence and carry the necessary equipment and PPE to transport your goods safely and legally.
FORS – Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme
FORS is a voluntary accreditation program designed to improve standards in the road transport industry.
We are assessed on the performance of our fleet in many areas, including environmental impact, operational efficiency, and safety.
We have maintained Gold status since 2015 demonstrating our commitment to maintain the highest levels across all our business.
ISO 9001 & 14001
ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for quality management. Achieving and maintaining this accreditation is a further demonstration of our commitment to our staff and clients. We are always striving to improve our QMS, and by providing our staff with the best training, we enable them to meet and exceed customer expectations.
ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems (EMS). We are always working towards improving our environmental footprint, and this accreditation demonstrates our compliancy to legal requirements, and our proactive approach to go above and beyond that currently required by law.
Driver Certifications
ALLMI
The ALLMI scheme is fully compliant with the requirements of BS7121 Part 4: 2010 (the British Standard for lorry loaders) and is endorsed by the ALLMI / CPA Best Practice Guide (BPG) for the ‘Safe Use of Lorry Loaders’. The BPG is endorsed by the Safety Assessment Federation (SAFed), ConstructionSkills, the National Construction College, the Modular & Portable Building Association (MPBA) and the Health & Safety Executive (HSE).
This qualification is our clients’ assurance that our crane operatives undertake regular training to enable them to place our clients items in a skilled and safe manner.
ALLMI is the only accrediting body to specialise in lorry loader training and it delivers the only operator programme to be written by the lorry loader industry, for the lorry loader industry.
ITSSAR
ITSSAR is the accreditation awarded to operatives who meet the required standard of training and safety in the operation of mechanical handling equipment.
